Any person, partnership or corporation that (1) regularly publishes a printed Yellow Pages directory and distributes it primarily within the United States without charge to the public in the area served by the directory or (2) regularly publishes an electronic Yellow Pages directory is eligible to become a Domestic Publisher Member of the Association. Any publisher qualifying for membership under this classification must be included in this classification and may, at its discretion, be included in any other membership classification, provided that no member may have more than one principal representative and its membership in other categories cannot expand its voting rights as a Publisher Member.

INTERNATIONAL PUBLISHER MEMBERSHIP…
