We're
looking for a dynamic, high energy individual to support the Company's
senior executive officers in several of our operational groups.
The
ideal candidate will play a central role in keeping the business
operations/ activities organized, on track and moving forward. Candidates
must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage
multiple tasks efficiently, excellent judgment; comfortable juggling
tasks from the mundane to the more strategic and can work productively
in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a smile and a sense
of humour.
Approximately
70% of job function will be:
-
Administrative tasks including schedule management, calendar;
making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries; submitting
and tracking internal requests; coordinating hiring activities
and schedules; coordinating meetings and group events; prepare
and track expense reports; proof-reading documents; participating
in key projects; and interfacing with high level executives
both internally and externally in a professional, effective
manner. Tasks include tracking department budget, maintaining
spreadsheets, generating reports, and so on.

Must be
able to assist in preparation of presentations and assist with
correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, plans, etc. Also
responsible for attending weekly department staff meetings and
track action items.

Partner
with facilities and operations to help drive required moves that
will minimize disruption.

Act as liaison
with other departments and outside agencies, including senior-level
management.

Handle highly
sensitive, confidential and non-routine information.
Approximately
30% of job function will be:
- Co-ordinate
with internal suppliers to prepare the (weekly, quarterly, rolling
quarters). forecast process by collecting, analyzing and reporting
results.
- Work on
budgeting.
- Address
internal and external policy inquiries.
- Strategically
plan for future policy initiatives.
- Facilitate
policy communication and the collection of feedback cross-functionally.
- Support
business and policy objectives by evaluating products and services.
- Create process
and best practices for policy implementation.
Experience/Education
you'll need:
- BA or BS.
- Interest
and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve
work efficiency.
- Experience
interacting with all levels and departments within a company -
to include working with field offices, domestic and international.
- Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational
skills and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple
priorities.
- Team player
with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues.

position requires a utility player who has great web production
skills and a strong sense of clean design. You'll provide support
